Oral presentations
Talks should be no longer than 15 minutes (including discussion and speaker change). Following the informal character of previous meetings a listing of the specific presentations and their dates/times will be compiled on 7 September in the morning, i.e., it will not be available prior to the meeting. If you have not already done so, please let us know if you intend to give a talk so that we have a rough idea of how many talks to expect. Poster presentations are also welcome.

Location
The meeting will be held in the Geophysical Institute (Elvey Building) at UAF (campus map here).

Accommodation
We will try to host participants at our homes as much as possible - in particular, but not exclusively, students. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to do so. Please send any requests to Federico Covi.

In case you prefer other accommodation, here are some hotels/hostels that are close to campus:

Registration Fee
There is no registration fee per se, but a contribution of roughly $30-50 will be collected to cover both Friday's food and the coffee breaks.
